These terms cover the Famewise website and dashboard, operated by Tastewise Inc.. Famewise publishes measurements of how AI assistants answer brand questions; those measurements are reported as data, not as advice or endorsement, and they describe a point in time rather than guaranteeing future results. Brand names belong to their owners and are used descriptively.

Famewise is operated by Tastewise Inc., part of Tastewise. By using this site or the Famewise dashboard you agree to these terms.

What Famewise provides

Famewise measures how often, and how favourably, AI assistants name brands in answers to consumer questions. The public leaderboards, comparison pages and brand report cards are provided free of charge, as measurements — not as advice, endorsement, or a statement about any brand's quality.

Accuracy and limitations

Every figure is a measurement of AI-generated text at a point in time. AI models change, and the same question can yield different answers on different days; that variability is the thing we measure, and it means no number here should be treated as a guarantee of future results. Our methodology page states exactly what is measured, over what sample, and how often. We provide the service "as is", without warranties.

Brand names and trademarks

Brand and product names on this site belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively, to report which brands AI assistants named. Their appearance implies no affiliation with, or endorsement by, those owners. If you own a brand and want a page corrected or removed, email hello@tastewise.io.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, circumvent the authentication on the dashboard, or scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its measurements. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
